Our pool came out great ! It started with Luke and his knowledge of the business in helping us design the pool of our dreams . I can’t recommend Duplessis Pools more!!! My husband and I waited years to get a pool because of horror stories we heard about with other people’s experiences with some pool companies— poor communication, workers never showed up, project stalled and no answers. THIS WAS NOT the case with Duplessis! The communication was amazing from the start. There is an entire team you have available to you! Dan was our salesman who came out and took his time to go over options that would work with our yard and our budget. We told him our budget from the start and he was very respectful of that. He never once tried to upsell things to us to make an extra dollar which I appreciate because when that happens it’s a huge turnoff. He was very honest and transparent about what’s worth upgrading and what’s not. Jon and the rest of the team were super patient and helpful. I’m very indecisive and second guessed everything. They were supportive and never made me feel like I was bothering them. Something in construction is bound to come up but Duplessis was quick to make things right. We had a very difficult yard with lots of old oak tree roots that gave the crew a challenge but they pushed through and figured it out. We did not have any major issues at all. My family has truly enjoyed the experience working with Duplessis and have already made lifetime memories in our pool. If you’re thinking about it but nervous, make the leap! Duplessis Pools was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor for my house! I highly recommend them! Josh was polite and helpful with our pool school. He was very thorough in his explanations and even allowed us to video the lesson so we can reference back at a later date. I would  recommend using Joshua and his pool company to any of my friends. Joshua, is professional and knowledgeable of his craft. Anytime I ran across any issues, I would always call Joshua. It didn’t matter what time of day it was he was always there to help. I can’t complement him enough for his professionalism. Joshua, is a great asset to any company. I hear so about so many people having issues and hidden costs with their pool builds. But our build went so well and our pool project manager, Josh, was a pleasure to work with. Its obvious that he cares about the quality of his pool builds and was patient with answering the many questions we had for our first pool build throughout the process. We had concerns about our backyard elevation and grading the area around the pool and it turned out great.
