I didn’t know any pool companies, so I did a search online and came up with five companies that I wanted to meet with. After meeting with all five companies and reading through all the reviews for each Of the five companies, I felt most comfortable with duplesis building! After meeting with Cody Chelette, The decision to go with this company was easy! He had answers to all my questions and he explained How everything would go from start to finish. Joshua Harris was my project manager And I couldn’t be more impressed with his performance and communication! I threw every Unintentional curveball I could at him and his team by making changes to different things along the way and him and his team never acted frustrated or got upset with me. You can tell that this company has sound core values and integrity and the center of all that they do!

We have had our pool now for over 5 years. What an incredible experience from the design to the construction. The Duplessis team was professional and genuinely cared about the quality of the build. Mark went above and beyond stepping out of the office and into the field to change my filters himself. He worked tirelessly to ensure my pool even five years after the build is in peak condition. Duplessis Pools truly deserves a 5-star review! From start to finish, they made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. They were so easy to work with—always professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. The crew kept everything clean throughout the project, which made a huge difference.
What really stood out was how informative they were. Their YouTube videos were such a helpful resource, and they took the time to personally answer every single question and concern I had along the way. I never felt out of the loop.

Duplessis installed my pool about 2.5 years ago and I just had my pool pump control box stop working 2 days before leaving on vacation. I called Derek and he had someone out the next day and had the box fixed under warranty. What great service, even 2.5 years after the pool installation! I always appreciated the quick response you provided.
