Our builder recommended Duplessis Pools, we walked in without an appointment and were treated like we were the only thing happening right at that moment. We caught them in the middle of lunch but they never made us feel like an inconvenience. Trudy was amazing walking us through the entire process and had each person talk to us about their specific role as well as help us visualize what we would have once they were finished building our pool. We are having our pool built along with our house so it won’t be until beginning of next year when they start but still made us feel like we were starting tomorrow giving us all the time and answers to questions we had. Their sweet pup Pixie is adorable! I think she sealed the deal for us. They have many options to choose from, having packages to work with made the process very easy and they will customize anything you are looking for. Highly recommend!

I was in the planning stage, of building a pool and have scheduled an excavation date in January. I emailed Duplessis on a Friday after hours and Miss Trudy called me first thing Monday morning to ask me what I was interested in. The very next day, Dan came over to the house in Metairie while we were doing an inspection, took all the measurements, verified the access area and went through the packages that they offer. I wanted particular tiles and colors and they accommodated me completely regarding me ordering my own materials. All rated for submersion. It’s easier to just go with a package than to source your own. Their tile and coping are beautiful.
I went to the showroom today to go through it all again and was so pleased with how welcome my sister and I felt. Spoke to Derek, owner, and his daughter Jeanne who does the numbers. Miss Trudy who called me initially, helped me pick out the plaster color and saw Dan again, as well.
There is no other company who is completely up front with their pricing before you ever make a call. Go to their website and look at the 3d pool builder. You can choose a size and shape and options for tile and water features. Amazing. It’s fun to use! These are all inclusive packages. If you want to upgrade any of the included options, you will know how much it costs right there. I think it can be very intimidating to walk into a place feeling unprepared for what the price will be. Worried that someone is going to try and put pressure on you to spend more. You don’t have to worry about that with Duplessis. You’ll know the price ahead of time. Everyone has their part to play and they are all so knowledgeable.
When the pool is complete, I’ll come back and post photos. But I have complete confidence in Duplessis to give me exactly what I want in my new yard. Their customer service is incomparable.

So we were looking for a pool builder in our area and started looking online. I remembered hearing about Duplessis Pools on AFR and I went to their website. The website setup was great and the design portion was very easy to navigate! We made our choices and submitted the design. We really wanted to see design colors so we called Mrs Trudy. She was very welcoming to talk to and invited us to their showroom! When we arrived she went over our design and the colors we had chosen. Needless to say after it was all said and done we had changed everything!
The website is great but the personal service was everything we needed to make the purchase!
Thank you Mrs. Trudy!

Service is exceptional, We haven’t built an actual pool with them yet, but once we do move into our new home, I will definitely be using them. Mrs Trudy is so very kind and informative, very nice people!

We had a wonderful experience with Duplessis Pools! Trudy and Luke were extremely helpful, friendly, and great to work with. Their website is fantastic and very user-friendly. We loved how easy it was to explore different options and design our own pool right online. It makes the whole process simple, convenient, and exciting! We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Duplessis Pools to anyone looking to build their dream pool. Thank you, Trudy and Luke, for making the experience so enjoyable!

Who knew picking a pool could be so easy!

The online design tools and build program is amazing. In a few clicks you can pick your pool, design it, customize it, and know exactly what you will pay.

Then when you need a rep to help you with an other questions, Trudy is the best.

In the beginning process and the pool options/designing process has been great so far! Ms.Trudy was quickly responsive with any questions and organizing my yard measurment meeting. The website is set up to get quick & accurate quotes, a added perk for sure to get started. Look forward to the next steps to build 😁

Our pool came out great ! It started with Luke and his knowledge of the business in helping us design the pool of our dreams . We had a few bumps along the way during construction , but with Luke , Taylor and Derrick involved in making it right , our project was not too far off schedule .
