EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From start to finish, I have been pleasantly surprised with Duplessis Pools. Their professionalism, communication and dedication to customer satisfaction a second to none. Additionally, this is the first time in a long line of working with contractors that I’ve had a project finish ‘on time’. I credit our project manager, Josh, with this feat! He went above and beyond to ensure that our timeline was met and (aside from being able to control the weather) maintained a “customer first” approach throughout the process. I will be recommending Duplessis to friends… hopefully they get to work with Josh, too:)

Asked for a quote to change pool from liner to finite. 3 weeks went by. No word back. When I got ahold of them said I slipped thru the ,cracks, there too busy, and 3rd. Couldn’t get t it till winter and didn’t know if they really wanted to do it. Y that’s poor business if you ask me!!

At the time, we were experiencing an unusually heavy workload and, unfortunately, your project did not receive the follow-up it deserved. While converting a liner pool to a gunite pool is a significant undertaking that may require scheduling further out, we should have communicated that clearly and promptly rather than leaving you waiting.
