We had a wonderful experience with Duplessis pools. Everyone at Duplessis pools were so understanding and helpful in every way. This was going to be our first and forever dream pool. We wanted it perfect and we had so many questions .Duplessis pools made this pool building process so easy. They are a turn key business. They take care of everything. At the end we designed the perfect pool for us. We have to mention our project manager Taylor , he was amazing . I could call on him anytime and he always had the answers. Taylor kept us informed in everything happening step by step . Thank you Duplessis Pools for making our dream pool a reality! Tony and Darlene Verret+2Posted on Google

Maria Crochet9 days agoFrom my first phone call to meeting the sales team in person, each step was pleasant and easy. Inquiring minds need to know, I’m usually a call ahead person before I’ll drive across to town or schedule a meeting. They took all of my questions with knowledge and enthusiasm, when they didn’t know an answer they told me they’d get me one from the right person. I have bugged them and questioned them and have been met with nothing but friendliness and professionalism. They understand a pool is a big investment and work with patience and provide honest answers, they try to make each customer happy even if that means telling you honestly if you’re selections will make you happy or not. Mrs Trudy and Jon have been so welcoming and quick to respond when I reach out. Every team member I’ve met so far in pre-construction has been great. Highly recommend.Posted on Google
Morris Mayfield9 days agoMy experience was delightful and very professional. From the moment we inquired about a quote we were treated with respect and the staff was attentive and very responsive. Cody has given us play-by-play every step of the way. When we went to the showroom, Mrs. Trudy was a wealth of knowledge and was very entertaining. She made the showroom feel like we were having a conversation in our backyard. She didn’t make the experience like she was selling us on anything but educating us on what was best based on our questions and concerns. Any question I had was answered within an hour or less. My first experience with purchasing a pool and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing pools. If this is how we are treated in the beginning I have no doubt the service after the sale will be phenomenal.+4Posted on Google
Matthew Hashenberger11 days agoWe had a good experience building our first pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen. The team was fantastic to work with always listening to our needs and desire’s throughout the process. They guided us every step of the way making what could have been a stressful project feel manageable and exciting. Pricing was competitive within a few thousand dollars of other reputable companies we considered. What really set them apart was their timeline. They completed everything within about 3.5 months while our neighbors who used other reputable companies waited 6+ months for similar projects. Like any construction job there were a few issues along the way, but the team was responsive and addressed every concern promptly, including navigating our challenging HOA. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. We couldn’t be happier with the final results and highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool or outdoor living project.+3Posted on Google
Jennifer Bergeron13 days agoOur builder recommended Duplessis Pools, we walked in without an appointment and were treated like we were the only thing happening right at that moment. We caught them in the middle of lunch but they never made us feel like an inconvenience. Trudy was amazing walking us through the entire process and had each person talk to us about their specific role as well as help us visualize what we would have once they were finished building our pool. We are having our pool built along with our house so it won’t be until beginning of next year when they start but still made us feel like we were starting tomorrow giving us all the time and answers to questions we had. Their sweet pup Pixie is adorable! I think she sealed the deal for us. They have many options to choose from, having packages to work with made the process very easy and they will customize anything you are looking for. Highly recommend!Posted on Google
